* The main cause for all the disease in human body is the rapid change in lifestyle. *Dementia, not a disease but a syndrome faced by 10%of youth and one fourth of the people ranging between 65 -75 years. *The main solution to overcome this syndrome is changing our lifestyle with good health habits and practizing "YOGA" *To overcome this one can undergo medications,psychotherapy,occupational therapy.
